Disney Goebel DIS 193 - Two Bambis

This is a single figure of two Bambis connected. Both are DIS 111.  Judging by the eye color, I'm guessing this is supposed to be Bambi and Faline.

Disney Goebel DIS 192 - Lady and the Tramp Chained Group

German Goebel book lists this as Lady (167), Tramp (183A), Dachsie (171), and Trusty (169).  Specific models for Lady and Tramp provided by Goebel directly, via my friend Alfred.  Now to find a picture.  Until then, just imagine these connected by a chain :-)

Disney Goebel DIS 190 - Lady and the Tramp Chained Group

Yet another dog group with chain. German Goebel book says it is some combination of DIS 182 A & C, but I have no picture of it.

UPDATE:  Again courtesy of my friend Alfred, fresh from the Goebel Archive.  DIS 190 which is DIS 182A + 182B(2).

Disney Goebel DIS 188 - Tinker Bell

This Tinker Bell has had an interesting history. This was from 1959 apparently, and a large batch was found in the late 1980s and sold in this country. I remember vividly when I was working at a comic book distributor in 1987-89 when these were listed in the order form...I wondered what they were. Since these came to the US in the recent past in a fairly large quantity, they tend to be pretty easy to come by.

Disney Goebel DIS 183 A B C - Tramp and Puppies

Similar to yesterday's confusing Lady and puppies is today's confusing Tramp and puppies. DIS 183 A B and C are Standing Tramp, Standing Scamp, and prone Lady Puppy respectively, shown individually at the end of this post.

Again, the catalog seems quite clear that this chained group is DIS 183 A-C
But there is still the question of what is DIS 190, which we'll list later. There is also a chained group of Tramp and two standing Scamps, could that be DIS 190?

Disney Goebel DIS 182 A B C - Lady and Puppies

It starts to get a little confusing in these last few Lady and the Tramp figures. DIS 182 A B and C are Lady, standing puppy, and seated puppy respectively.

The Goebel catalog pages clearly indicate that the above chained group is DIS 182 A-C, pictured individually at the end of this post.

But, DIS 190 (later in this series) is also described by the German Goebel book as Lady w/chain and two puppies. Perhaps it is a different combination, like the one pictured in this catalog page?

Disney Goebel DIS 168 - Tramp

Although this particular figure does not retain his sticker, Tramp's German name is Strolch.
